"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand."

"The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "

"Lovely stay - check in wasn’t great and lacked detail and first day of breakfast wasn’t good missing granola options and anyone to request eggs but Hilton messaged to ask how my stay was going and breakfast was rectified for the following days. They even sorted out my Hilton membership reward that had been missed at check in. That extra touch made a huge difference and alongside a great room, lovely service at the bar in the evening and gym and pool facilities I was really happy."
