"Upon arrival we were quite concerned about the outside roadworks however our concerns were unfounded due to the welcome we received by the Reception Team and the beautiful apartment that greeted us. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and with a most amazing balcony and views. I’m sure next time we visit, the outside updating of roadworks will be complete and it will be better still. Great holiday and great value and great apartments/views. "

"The property is very beautiful and well maintained! A car is a must if you like to see the island a bit more! There are multiple pools in the property and all are very beautiful! There is a very good grocery store on the property with good selection. I liked the free shuttle options between Ritz and Las Terrazas. It’s worth to check some of the restaurants in Ritz as well. "amazing value for money. I couldn't recommend it more. it's an architectural marvel which perfectly blends into the surrounding. It's nearby one of the best beaches ok the island. It also offers amazing sunsets and stunning ocean views with nearby island gomera in the background. "We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Superb location for anyone that loves golf, biking, hiking or indeed lazing by the pool. Felt like we had the place to ourselves even though the restaurant was relatively busy each evening. The staff are instinctively helpful at every turn and just a five day break felt like a fortnight. Well-being in a week right here! Chapeau to the HDC team and I’m sure I’ll be back with my golf clubs at some point to play Seve’s 18 👌"
