"So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus."

Hilfreich wäre wenn an dem Wäschetrockner ein Schild hängen würde mit dem hinweis das nach jedem trocknen der Wassserbehälter auszugießen ist. Denn der war von den "Vorbesitzern" randvoll und wir wunderten uns das die Wäsche nicht trocken wurde. Aber dies war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen :-)"

"Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. Die Betten sind sehr unterschiedlich - Im Mittleren Zimmer sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und schmuddelig. Im mittleren Zimmer riecht es feucht bis schimmlig,...

"Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest...

"As the title says really. Cannot fault it. Alcudia is a thirty minute walk but there are bicycles at the property for a faster journey to get groceries. There is a swimming spot nearby, ten mins walk, but it is not a sandy beach, but it is very quiet. For a sandy beach you'd have to drive really or an hours walk."

"The finca was in spectacular surroundings, with a great pool area. The outdoor barbecue was a big hit , as was the poolside shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful as well. We would have appreciated some guidance with regard to the disposal of the household rubbish as the lication of the finca is remote. But overall we all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. "

When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. "We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week. "

"This is a wonderful villa for anyone sharing. There are no ‘ double beds’ as such but all singles can be pushed together. The beds and pillows were not comfortable for everyone but mostly fine. En-suite for each bedroom was a bonus and no interior steps to catch you out. Inside eating was comfortable as we were pestered by wasps and mosquitoes so repellent needed. "A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "
