"lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices"

"This is a hidden gem in the middle of Las Americas. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants but is really quiet and peaceful. Staff are attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. We will be back to stay here again. "

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

"The Sol Arona was good for the purpose a one night stay over before the flight home. The hotel is very tired actually it's closing down in 3 weeks for a one-year refurbishment."

"We had some items delivered to the hotel in advance and contacted them to arrange. They were very willing to assist and accommodate this. When we arrived, for some reason hotels.com had told them we were travelling with an infant, which we found amusing for my 13 year old to have to sleep in the cot they had set up for us. "We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was so clean with lots of facilities. The apartment was really spacious with an open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Again all very clean and welcoming. The food in the hotel was really nice and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend a stay for either a couple or family. "

"Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied."
