"Oscar at the front desk was very helpful. The staff in the dining room excellent, always cleaning Food needed more spicing, ice cream perfect temperature. Nice fruit selection. Temperature of food usually cold. Good selection of food choices. Non smoking not inforced. Could not enjoy balcony due to neighbours smoking"

"Excellent hotel: Staff always help with any problems or queries without hesitation, friendly, helpful and high quality designer rooms and amenities. Rooftop bar and restaurant very good. Have extended our stay by a week and booked again to come back in 2 months. Will try the spa treatments this coming week. "

"Loved that it was so close to Yumbo! We had a room facing the pool and would recommend this if you don't want to be disturbed by noise coming from Yumbo at night. It's worth the small extra charge! "

"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The safe were all so polite and knowledgeable in their area of work. The food was plentiful and enjoyable. Only one criticism is that some of the food wasn't hot enough for my liking but if you ask staff they would warm it. I need a gluten free diet and the staff where so helpful. Fabulous idea to have an app so we could order what we wanted. So much to choose from. I would definitely return to the resort and recommend the hotel."

"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite. Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it...
