"This was a remarkable hotel--friendly staff, terrific, serene location. I enjoyed the area very much. The spa was well maintained and perfectly sized. It was a welcome relief after traveling the previous week. Its location along the promenade was terrific--perfect for running, walking, just enjoying the vibe of Getxo. Be sure to get out to the local places to eat/drink. I would highly recommend this hotel--especially for its staff."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"Great location in central Bilbao. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Guggenheim and the San Mames stadium. We got the 3247 bus from the airport and Grand Via 46 stop was a 10 minute walk on the flat to the accommodation. €4.50 per person. Worth noting that there are not a lot of Ubers in the city and taxis appear to be cheaper. We were €33 for the taxi back to the airport from the accommodation."

"We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean."
