"Second stay here on our journey back to UK from Portugal. Great place, clean, comfortable and the owner is a gentleman. Local restaurant was closed this time of year, which was a shame as it’s really good food and good value but the owner pointed us to a place about 9 km away and the food was good and dogs were welcome. Great stay, convenient location

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "
