I actually ended up across the road at the hotel adjacent to water park. ammenities were similar but geared to families...very basic accomodations and a bit dated. Food was good for an all inclusive....but definately brazilian centric.

Lugar muito gostoso para passar com a família (crianças ) pois há muitas atividades e entretenimento. As piscinas são excelentes, pois todas são climatizadas, além de de contar com sauna e piscina coberta. O buffet é completo e atende a todos os gostos. O quarto que pegamos era bem espaço e confortável, ponto negativo foi o vazamento no box/chuveiro. Outra coisa que pecou foi na agilidade e limpeza das mesas durante o pico das refeições, além de contar apenas com 1’elevador geral para todo o hotel. Embora tenha estes pontos o lugar é muito gostoso e recomendável. A comidae bebida são de boa qualidade.

Hotel antigo, enxoval desgastado, comida ruim. Falta muito para ser um resort. Apenas 1 elevador para suprir todos os hóspedes. Piscina adulto super pequena. Os monitores razoáveis . Nao recomendo pelo custo benefício e nao voltaria.

O atendimento é realizado por pessoal muito inexperiente e jovem(garçons, garçonetes, etc...),deixam muito à desejar, horário de atendimento até as 23hs, sendo que 22hs já estavam apagando as luzes e deixando de servir no bar. Limpeza com água e sabão sendo realizada nas bancadas de self service ainda com as pessoas se servindo, mal nos servimos e já estavam querendo tirar os pratos, por muitas vezes faltaram talheres e pratos. Pedimos que verificassem o cofre do nosso apartamento por 2 vezes e nada. Alimentação sem grandes opções e geralmente fria. Nos decepcionamos com o hotel de maneira geral, elevadores não compatíveis com o número de hóspedes com muita demora.
