"All the staff at the hotel/property were really friendly and nice except for the female staff in the restaurant. The female staff in the restaurant had no patience and spoke very abruptly I am not sure if it’s because she struggled to understand what I was trying to say. The front desk staff was so welcoming the staff to the pool and the spa were also very nice. Even the 2 males in the restaurant were pleasant. "

"Lovely apartment. Very spacious, very clean, lovely little touches in the fridge. However we did have some issues. Arrived late at night and initially couldn’t find as postcode takes you somewhere else, it would help if you showed exactly where the entrance is. Code for main door worked however the code for our room didn’t. Very difficult to find a telephone number to get in touch but eventually we managed to get in the room. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, Bucharest is a very nice city, in love with the therme București. The breakfast was included, nice food. I'd like to thank the whole kitchen and waiting staff for their good job. I did not have too much interaction with the staff but the receptionist who helped me with the check-in seemed to be very friendly and helpful The room was very spacious, clean, comfy and warm all the time. The bed was a bit uncomfortable though. "

"My stay at Piccolo Mondo had no issues at all, everything was clean. We didn’t spend much time here as we were out from morning till night however we were comfortable, bed was very spacious, fits 3 people to be honest. "What can I say?? This apartment is AMAZING!! I actually am reluctant to give it such a great review as I want to keep it to myself! Gabriel is a incredibly thoughtful host and the apartment is so beautiful, great view, close to amenities and not far to the central town by taxi. Underground parking is extra but worth it and also a cleaning fee is paid for but totally worth it as the property is spotless. "

Great hotel, would recommend

"The hotel staff were welcoming and the first impression as you walk in to the lobby is impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful too, Gym facilities are fairly small and not many machines however adequate for a hotel gym. We found the really cool cocktail bar, ‘the vault’, to the right of the lobby somewhat by accident and tried to go in for a cocktail but were greeted with a rude response from the bar staff as we didn’t have a reservation and made to feel that we were an inconvenience as they had a private function in the back room, this made us uncomfortable so we left. The main bar off the lobby is a beautiful space however we didn’t use it as we were exploring in the unexpected 60cm of snow that graced our trip. Great time, great hotel, great city "

"An Exceptional Stay – One for the Books! From the moment we stepped through the doors, our experience here has been nothing short of incredible. The welcoming atmosphere was palpable, and the reception staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. We were allocated a Business Apartment, and upon check-in, we were guided through the parking rules—simple and convenient. As long as a space isn’t marked as reserved, you’re free to park anywhere at no additional cost, as it’s included in the stay. The Apartment – Comfort Meets Functionality The Business Apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with a fresh, inviting scent. It was fully equipped with high-quality white goods, making it feel like a true home away from home. Thoughtful touches such as complimentary water and coffee, which were replenished daily during housekeeping, made all the difference. The kitchen left nothing to be desired—it was fitted with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pans, and everything else you’d need for a self-sufficient stay. The bedroom featured a large and comfortable bed, though the pillows leaned on the softer side. Still, everything else was just perfect. The bathroom was modern, immaculately clean, and well-stocked. In the living area, the sofa bed provided extra space and added to the overall functionality of the apartment. Dining – A Mixed Bag, but Breakfast Stole the Show "
