"The staff all around was wonderful and provided exceptional service. Everyone was so nice. Presidential suite was very very nice. I loved all the amenities. "I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. Strangely though, they will only supply one small toilet paper roll at a time, so we ran out of TP twice and had to go to front desk each time to urgently get more TP. The entire staff was wonderful but Antonio is the secret sauce, he gave us fantastic food recommendations, called ahead for tables to be ready for us, booked us a private tour of Pompeii with a great guide, and set up transfer to hike Mt.
