"It looked like the owners really put efforts in making everywhere on the property Instagram worthy. It was a weird time of the year when we needed AC in the middle of the day but needed heat at night. The heater made sounds that made the whole unit shake once in a while. "This is a great non-chain motel/hotel option in Salida. The rooms have been refreshed with great updated bathrooms! There were apparently satellite troubles when we were there and the front desk didn't know how to reset the TV so we had no TV - either for the evening or the next morning. This also seemed to slow down WIFI or WIFI was just a bit slow. Overall would be happy to try them again. "
