Although dining out is fun, nothing beats a home-cooked meal. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner gas range, double oven, 2 fridges, wine cooler, utensils, cookware, plates, bowls, silverware, toaster, Ninja blender, and Keurig (K-cups provided).

Bedrooms

Upstairs, the queen bedroom boasts a private en suite bathroom and spacious closet. The king bedroom offers access to the 3rd-floor deck with sea views, a TV with Roku, and a wet bar. Its en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, separate rainfall shower, and walk-in closet. Attached is a bunk-bed room with two full beds, a twin trundle, and a desk. Downstairs, the queen bedroom includes a large closet. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom features a stone tile shower.

Christmas trip
Lovely home, clean and well-maintained on the inside. Lots of room for several people in the home. Comfortable sleeping and sitting. Kitchen not stocked well for a rental. Cookware needs replacing. Great location and close easy access to beach. Outside of the home could use some repairs. The grill is very worn and not cleaned. There are no screens around the second level patio as shown in the photos and seating very worn. Fire table doesn’t work. Contacted owner but he never sent anyone to repair. Definitely consider returning if outside amenities repaired.

Absolutely Disappointing
Pros: location is great, large home with a wonderful layout & views, plenty of room for large families Cons: Mold everywhere in upstairs master shower, roaches/waterbugs crawled across the kitchen floor, downstairs bathroom did not lock. Cabinet in kichen fell off the hinges, broken outdoor furniture, bugs in glass light fixture hanging above dining room table, sand in master bed sheets, FILTHY living room furniture, screened in porch was torn and thrown on deck, right side of oven did not work, washing machine was broken and we were told it would be fixed within 2 days and it was never repaired, pieces of paint peeling off of inside walls and so much more. Extremely disappointed in this home.

We had a great week staying in this beach house. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable beds, great neighborhood, short walk or golf cart ride to beach, great communication with host. What more could you ask for? Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Labor Day/ Oct fall break!
We have stayed at this house twice in the last few months! The house is big enough for my whole family, my parents, sister and BIL AND friend with her husband. 11 people and never felt like someone was on top of one another. Elton was so accommodating and easy. He responded to all my pre booking questions fast. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this home! Already planning our next trip back!

Fantastic Visit
We had an amazing weekend at this property. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for multiple people in the kitchen preparing meals. The outdoor kitchen area was very useful as we grilled and prepared other food for dining al fresco and packing coolers to take to the beach. There was enough room for four vehicles to park and space for the two golf carts we rented. Two thumbs up from everyone in our party.

This house was not up to the usual standard of rentals. When we arrived and began setting up, we opened the tiki bar and immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. There was a rotted frozen watermelon in the refrigerator of the tiki bar. There was a full trash can in the tiki bar area as well as trash on the floor. From the appearance of the concrete counters in the tiki bar, they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was an out door trash can outside, by the grill, that was nice, however it was unusable because it had not been cleaned. I tried to clean it but there were maggets and rotted food in the trash can, and I just couldn't take the smell. I do have pictures of the trash can and the tiki bar when we arrived because I did not want to be blamed for that mess. We had to contact the homeowner immediately when we arrived at the home because none of the outside electric outlets were working. A repair man was sent, and he was able to fix it, so some of the outlets worked. We didn't get to upset about all that cleaning, because mistakes happen and it didn't take us long to clean that up, but as the week went on, there were more and more problems we noticed with the house. We made a list of them while we were cleaning up to leave. Elton was polite and tried to respond to the most serious issue. But it was still a problem. The first morning in the home, we were awakened at around 730 am by every smoke detector going off. (you only allow 1500 characters I cant fini

Not a great experience
House is pretty, good bones, but poorly managed. Fridge freezer leaked water, we had to put towels inside and out to stop the flow. Stove is gorgeous but only two burners worked, and only the little stove worked, the griddle was broke and we could not use it. The only bathroom on the first floor was broken, was hard to flush, handle was broke. Property owner was quick to respond and get a repairman out the next day, but issues were not fixed to working order. Repairman did get all four burners working on the stove, but that’s all. The house is wiped clean on the surface, but really filthy as you settle in. Stove was wiped clean but incredibly filthy everywhere else. Kitchen table was so sticky and grimy to sit on, you stuck to the chairs, same with table. To sit at the table we had to use our beach towels to sit on and use as a table covering. I wiped it all down twice but it was no use. Sofa is filthy, stained really bad and stinks. There is no screened in porch, it’s all rotted. Nails were sticking up out of the wood deck and my son n law snagged his foot on it. We hammered all the nails down on our trip because we had a toddler with us. Pictures from the house were probably about 10 years old. With a little TLC this home could be a jewel. The owner knows about most all these issues and said he will repair or replace. So if you book ask if these things are corrected and properly cleaned and replaced.

Very Nice Place
Beautiful, clean, and comfortable property. However, we were very disappointed that the "screened in porch" completely lacked screens. Therefore, we were unable to sit outside to enjoy the breeze, sunset, and stars at night without the mosquitos. We had looked forward to doing that according to the listing.
