"The hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants, grocers, other shopping close by. Transit in to Toronto very convenient. Hotel was looking worn, especially given the price. Staff not overly friendly. We were attending Taylor Swift, so prices everywhere were high, but looking at other dates at less demand times, rates seem pretty consistent here. Pretty much nothing in the kitchen but four place settings and cutlery. Overall, ok but I would look elsewhere when returning to Toronto. "

"We stayed here for the Taylor Swift Concert because of course it was so expensive anywhere downtown. We Ubered to York Mills Subway station (about 9-11 dollars) and hopped on the subway for 4.00. It was a 20 min ride to Union Station and we paid just over 430.00 for two nights. The places to eat within walking distance and a Starbucks as well. The hotel is really pretty inside the lobby, one elevator out, so the elevator rides were delayed some, but the room was very spacious."
