"We have stayed in the house for 14 days, and was very happy about the house/stay. Everything was precisely as it should be."

"Unsere Anreise wurde leider auf sehr früh morgens verschoben, dafür kann natürlich der Vermieter nichts. Aber uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir ab 12:00 Uhr das Haus beziehen, bzw. schonmal unserer Koffer abstellen können. Wir haben dann übermüdet und bei Hitze vor dem Haus gewartet ... mehrfach haben wir telefoniert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir die Tür öffnen können, da sie nicht abgeschlossen sei ... leider war sie aber doch abgeschlossen und bis uns das geglaubt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter kam um...

"Das Ferienhaus riecht muffig und zusätzlich hatten wir 7 Tage lang Fäkalgerüche (die WC-Anlagen waren falsch angeschlossen) aus den Bädern die sich im ganzen Haus verteilten. In einem Bad zählten wir ca. 60 Kanalfliegen. Nach jedem Betreten des Hauses mussten wir alle Fenster und Türen öffnen damit der ekelhafte Geruch verschwindet. Erst auf unser Drängen hin wurde ein Installateur gerufen (nach 7 Tagen!). Danach wurde es besser, aber der muffige Geruch blieb."

"Nice property. Decent facilities. Beds were comfy enough. No table tennis table unlike what was in the photos. Pool and outdoor area were otherwise good. Shutters could do with something to keep them open rather than swinging in the wind"

"Great property - wonderful location with close proximity to a wonderful beach. The available pool is great for the kids also. The place was spotless and was a great base for our vacation. Special mention to Joan who went out his way to ensure we had a great time."

"For a family with children of any ages the property is ideal. Well layed out, fully equipped, close to all local amenities from the water park to the nightclub & casino and supermarkets. If there was one thing i think needs upgrading it would be the bbq, We didn't bother as it would have been impossible to cook for 5 on the existing one. A full 10/10 for Anna she could not have been more helpful from the time of booking until the day we vacated the villa."
