"Great location within easy walking distance of the Port and less just over a mile from Alcúdia itself. Property was very well equipped for our family. The pool was the perfect size for our 9 month old to practise her swimming but perhaps not for adult lengths! Great two week stay!"

"Wir waren dort mit sechs Personen und einem Kleinkind. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet inklusive Sonnenschirm und Waschmittel. Ein paar Dinge sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wie Küchenschränke oder Badewanne. Das ist aber weiterhin nicht dramatisch. Allerdings wären neue Matratzen notwendig, da diese im großen Bett insbesondere komplett durchgelegen sind. Nichts für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen. Als unser zu kleines Bettlaken ständig von der Matratze abrutschte, brachte der Eigentümer auch...

"La casa no vale el aquiler que piden por ella! Colchones y sommieres hundidos, poco agua en las duchas, teniamos que lavarnos el pelo con la manguera exterior, el anuncio decia que habia ventiladores en todas las habitaciones (ahora lo han rectificado) y no los tenía, nos trajeron 2 ventiladores para 4 habitaciones, uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba bien echaba hielo al apagarlo. No teniamos ki bayeta, nivtrapo de cocina, ni un papel higiénico al llegar, una sola llave lo reclamamos...

"We had a very good stay, the house was super clean, well located and the host provided us with fruits and water at our arrival…very nice gesture. The location is perfect with all kind of accommodations close by. The only small negative comment if you are planning on dining outdoor, the bar on the other side of the of the lake is a bit loud and open every night of the week. "
