"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"This property is wonderful with so much loving attention to detail and decor! The staff could not have been better and even gave us an extra room for no additional charge in order to give our foursome more space! The breakfast was unbelievable! Platter after platter of meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, stuffed breads, cannoli, and fruit! We really loved our stay here, and do not hesitate recommending it. Again, the staff and owner were so nice! "

"The design and interior was lovely. The place was a little dusty and was disappointed that i couldn't open the balcony shutters as it was locked with a chain. There was also some mildew in the shower. I also asked for an extra blanket because I was cold and didn't want to sleep with the heating on to avoid getting sick, but I didn't get a response back or a blanket"

"The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant."
