"I like the room, rate and the breakfast! They charged us for parking, but never told us when we checked in. I couldn’t use my digital card as I had to go to the desk first to give them a credit card. You should be able to do this on the app. The pool was not very clear so we didn’t use it. "

"We were very pleased with the Hampton Inn Portland Waterfront. Our room on the 5th floor had a marvelous view of the harbor - we could have spent hours watching the ferries and tugs working! The room was spacious and comfortable and had sufficient linens for the 2 of us. The buffet breakfast offered a large selection of items, but some things (oatmeal, cheese omelets, and baked goods) were pretty mediocre; the waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon were quite good. We applaud the efforts of Hilton to be ecologically responsible - but we do wish paper cutlery in the breakfast area were replaced with bamboo and foam cups in the rooms were replaced with ceramic mugs. The price for our long weekend stay was very reasonable. We will very definitely be back for another stay!"
