"Overall rating is excellent. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are courteous, extremely helpful and very friendly. "The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"The property is beautiful as is the location. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Special recognition to Melisa at the front desk who was great! Only negative is that the mattress is too hard."

"The hotel is amazing; multiple swimming pools, great private beach, friendly staff, good and quick service, food is delicious. The negatives: espresso machine at the room cost €2.5 euros per day, no water for free (only available upon check-in. The curtains can only help 80% of sunshine, next-door occupants may be heard “soft walls and it wakes you up”.
