"Yes, it IS all its cracked up to be! The most beautiful hotel in Chennai, with helpful and friendly staff and incredible food from MANY different ethnicities (not just North Indian and South Indian, but also Italian, Chinese, American, and others). I travel to Chennai multiple times a year for work and this hotel has made my time away from home SO much easier. It took me a week just to explore all the beautiful nooks and crannies of the first few floors, and the serviced apartment was a wonderful place to live, with everything you may need to cook a meal in the full-sized kitchen, plus a washer/dryer, a gorgeous walk-in shower, a comfortable sitting room, plus a deep and relaxing tub. I cant say enough about this place... its an "experience" on its own!"

"This was a rushed trip to see friends and family after 8 years.The hotel was recommended due to location.Greenpark hotel and its staff did not disappoint.Clean,well maintained and the staff go out of their way to help. Special mention to the cleaning lady Karpagam and Sninan at reception. Our days were busy with rushing and meeting friends in a short span of time. The highlight is the impressive breakfast buffet- the variety and yummy selection of items. Included continental and local South Indian favourites. And I love my filter coffee.I started each day with 4 cups of this. Thank you to the whole team in the Tulip restaurant for their hard work. Was a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance and out of use for some of our stay … but a very small blip."

"This was my first time stay at Holiday Inn, Chennai Omr IT and I had an exceptional experience right from my seamless check in by Duty Manager Pranave and even my dining experience was so good at their restaurant. Mr Sibasish Sasmal the Restaurant Manager was so efficiently managing the whole dining area. There were so many guests but everyone was being given a personalised experience. The variety as well as the quality of food was amazing. I rarely write reviews about my stay at hotels but this Holiday Inn surpassed all my expectations. Each and every staff member is so efficient and willing to help, even the lady at the phone managing one touch service. Excellent service and a big thank you to the Holiday Inn Chennai staff members for making my stay at their hotel such a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit them again."
