My only criticisms are: (i) sometimes we didnt have enough towels or bathrobes, (ii) double check if you need something delivering as there was some miscommunication between reception and security, (iii) room walls are quite thin - was woken up by my neighbour receiving multiple phone calls and taking them all on loudspeaker.
