"Berlin Hotel is pleasant despite its industrial size. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Nespresso machine and kettle were great to have. The coffee capsules supplied are biodegradable and of good quality. The staff are very kind and helpful. The gym is well-equipped, and the sauna facilities are of good quality. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby. The location is near the Zoological Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing and has direct transport links to Brandenburg Airport and the Hauptbahnhof. "

"too far from public transportation; taxi service excellent and always available. too far from convenient restaurants for me except for Caruso's which was not that good. friendly staff. however they informed me there were no extra charges for in-room phone calls and my bill reflected charges for SEVEN! do i get a refund? all three staff members assured me there was no extra change for the calls before i made them. "The best I've experienced this year (over 20+ hotels this year alone) - Awesome staff, spacious and clean room with hit water heater with coffee and tea, fabulous breakfast, fun bar, and very interesting art throughout the facility. The chocolate at bedside was a nice add. Lastly, the location is central and very convenient with public transportation close by. What was missing? Decaffeinated coffee in the room and no luggage rack - minor."
