The girl at the desk seemed annoyed that I got there at midnight and she kept telling me that lost her glasses. She sent me to 309. The room was dirty. The bed was unmade. The bathroom had dirty towels. When I went back down she kept saying “I don’t have my glasses” why would that matter to me? She didn’t tell me where the elevators were I had to ask twice. It’s a holiday and she gave me a dirty room then was giving me nasty remarks. I think she her name was Dorita. Deretha, Whoever was working Friday morning at 12am the 29th of November. VERY poor customer service. VERY!

We were very happy with our stay. They had a nice variety for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had plans to walk the Hudson Walkway bridge and Sadie was so helpful with information on where to park and places to eat. So friendly! Our stay couldn’t have been any better.

Our room to close to desk/ lobby/ breakfast spot = noisy _folks ( other guest) talked loudly in the hall and early. We went to sleep really late ( 3am/ after Yankee game). I'd recommend asking for different room if I choose to stay there again. Odor: room had a funny odor, was asked how everything was after check-in via text- shared room odor, text person addressed. Thank you, Katie. Breakfast: cold eggs, moist biscuits and well everything was cold ( insert sad face).

This motel is inexpensive. The room was comfortable. The access from main road in Poughkeepsie is very easy. Person at desk was cheerful and helpful. The motel environs were not so great, parking and road quality on grounds was bad. The interior of the motel is a bit odd - room was just fine (no hair dryer) and clean but the corridors were dark and not inviting. So the motel could be really more appealing but the room and breakfast was very good. Overall I recommend but the place needs a bit of upgrading outside (seems to be happening maybe) and inside.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint I have is that the tub was clogged so when I showered the water would rise. The floor was also wet in one spot of the room the whole stay there.
