"We are regulars here. The property is in a great location and the breakfast is wonderful. My only complaints are the AC is really bad in the summer. Luckily it was cool at night so we could open the windows. We also never received a room upgrade. My flight over was delayed 24 hours due to mechanical issues and they refused to do anything about crediting me for my room eventhough they had plenty of time and rebooked it to another guest. "

"Fantastic stay in Prague. About a 7 min walk to Wensclas square for many food, shopping, and public transport options. The staff is friendly & the hotel is well maintained & very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is a great value for the price & the snack corner in the lobby is well stocked & a great addition.
