Good location and room was very clean. There was a stain on the pillow cover but I didn't sleep on that side. Breakfast was great selection and warm food was appreciated. Staff at breakfast were attentive. I would stay here again. Good price for the room and what you get. The shower place to stand is however quite small. I am over over 6ft and it was quite awkward however at times. The ceiling is very low above the shower. Shower pressure was good, which is appreciated.

A pleasure to stay at this quality hotel with good breakfast ,and excellent staff who were a credit to the hotel.Very well sited to the city ,easily reached from the airport via the 59 bus ,then metro train on Line A. i think 6 stops to Mustek,(direction Depo Hostivar )and five minute walk.45 minutes airport to hotel.40kz(about2€) per person.great break.

Wonderful location and staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. Added bonus was the beer spa in the hotel - unique experience! Definitely recommend staying here as it’s close to everything and rooms are exceptional for the price.

I really liked this hotel except our room was not quiet. We were on the second (3rd for USA) floor and our window was on the street side. You could hear all the cars passing and people talking down below. It was very noisy.

The two best things: The Staff and the breakfast! Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was a fabulous buffet with an unbelievable assortment of things to choose from. Our only complaint was that, even with the heat off, our room got hot (at the end of November!). We were able, however, to open the door and get fresh air in. Other than that, the room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. We had a great stay!

A nice place near everything. It right in the middle of bus and tram lines. Lots of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. If you’re adventurists you can walk to the train station. The only negative was I had a small room on the fourth floor with exposed wooden beams. They are low enough to hit your head, you will only do it once. A shout out to the bar staff, they were great.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly rude and unprofessional. During check-in, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee for some commission, which I found unreasonable. I kept the receipt and filed a complaint about this. At checkout, they knocked on my door right at 11:00 AM and insisted I leave immediately, refusing to allow even an extra minute. When I went to settle my room service bill, the staff’s attitude was intimidating, as if daring me to not pay. I’ve stayed at many hotels and accommodations, but I’ve never encountered such impolite and discourteous behavior from the staff. I wouldn’t stay here again.
