The rooms are clean, the hotel is quiet, and it’s conveniently located near shopping and dining options. What really stands out is the staff, especially Edita at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful every single day. Her welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and scenic place to stay with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this property."

"My partner and I had a great stay at Hotel Gurnee. We stayed at the property for one night while on a roadtrip. The hotel itself is modern with a stunning lobby and a large, well-lit parking lot. The staff at the property were very kind. When checking in, we asked the woman assisting us for the best places to get deep dish pizza in the area and her recommendations were spot on. The room we were provided was clean and spacious. I would recommend staying at Hotel Gurnee for a comfortable stay if you're in the area!"
