"We had an excellent stay in Sampatiki Suites. The location is beautiful, the view amazing and the staff extremely helpful. The room was very spacy, with elegant decoration and very quiet. Free parking is conveniently available at all times. It is highly recommended!"
"What a wonderful experience. Tyros is a must see town on the coast. Quiet, picturesque and calming. This hotel makes you feel special. 5 star service from all of their staff. The room was super comfortable with a great bed (best of 8 hotels in Greece). Daily breakfast included fresh squeezed OJ, hot rolls, fresh fruit and a nice selection of eggs, meat and cheeses. "Good place, clean and new, bay window above the sea and in front of Nauplie Bay, marvellous landscape. Easy to find and to park. Not recommanded to impaired people (stairs to get to the appartment we were in). Cleaning service every day. The host living near and always easy access. But:
- Wi-Fi not often available,
- very little place, shelves in the cabinet would be useful, to store clothes (when you stay a week, as we staid),
- not very pleasant to have to throw toilets paper in the garbage...

"Wonderful place! Sylvia, the owner, was great and lives at the property. The private beach, the beautiful pool, and sea kayaks make it great for families and couples. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a slice of heaven in Greece. "

"The area offers so much history, culture, cuisine and nature, but it’s hard to resist the peacefulness, quality and views of the house alone. My friends and I can’t wait to return and I’m writing this just as we pass through the gate! We were a group of eight, with a couple of friends joining us from Athens for a day or two. The split levels, various lounge areas, beachside and poolside make for plenty of space. Paddle boards, pool floats, kayaks and more are provided to keep you entertained, too. One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning. "

"Traditional stone house, in a lovely little village, high above sealevel. The walk up the hill is truly exhausting, but ok we had been warned abaout that upfront.
There is no local co-host on the ground to meet and greet you, so you will have to find your way on your own based on the route description, which has some flaws - in particular the house number was nowhere to be found... Once found, the house offers a spectacular seaview indeed.
On the lower end of the experience: The beds are either very worn out and soft (master bedroom) or very hard and totally unflexible (other bedrooms).
The interior is decorated more in the style of a provencal countryhome than typically greek, so it reminds a little of that Coldplay song: It was all yellow :-) Lots of cushions and carpets give it a cosy feel. The house was very cold when we arrived (night temperature around 7 degrees celsius, inside and outside...) so the first night was truly terrible. The heating features a hidden switch in a bookshelf, which was not mentioned in the house description. We only learned that via whatsapp from the owner on day 2 after complaining about the bitter cold. We were quite annoyed by the quality of the beds, so we decided to not stay for the full 2 weeks we booked (and paid) - we left after 5 days and rented something else, on our own extra costs. Sad, to summarize, but I'd say: There are many better options in the area.
