"Efter en väldigt jobbig dags resa, med dålig upplevelse av att få hjälp med bilen som krånglat, kom vi fram till Novotel och blev så trevligt mottagna. En snabb matbit hann vi med, bra bemötande även där.Det gjorde att vår dag slutade bra. Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. "A slightly faded hotel in an area of apartments, and quite difficult to find. A few more signposts towards the end would help. A very friendly welcome by the receptionist, but less so by the evening waiter - it all seemed a bit too much trouble. Brrakfast was better. Ovetall, disappointing for a Brst Western."
