Walk to breakfast at the Waffle Iron just across the street and then stroll on down to the splash pad park and enjoy the scenery down by the creek. Most weekends the downtown area lights up with activity. Everything from the Cowboy Poets Society and Art shows to Comedy and live theater. You can also get a drink at the Oldest Bar in Arizona with all the history on display where Doc Holiday and the Earp Brothers used to meet up for card games and festivities before they headed down to Tombstone.

Living Space: This spacious, inviting, historic home features vaulted ceilings, soft leather couches, Large HDTV in both the bedroom and living room, and kitchen that opens up to the back patio. Large windows that allow natural light to fill the home during the day. The large HD flat screen TV both in the living room and the bedroom have Steaming capability that you can log into your streaming accounts with. WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with all the kitchen essentials and the home come with central heat and air for your comfort as well.
Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom, highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features a large dresser with two bed side tables and a table that can easily be turned into a workstation.
Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an oven, gas range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, and utensils, as well as your basic spices and oils.
Bathrooms: This home has a private bathroom located off the kitchen. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Washer/Dryer: The unit has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the kitchen.
The property is meticulously maintained by landscapers, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.
Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience.
Please do not exceed the occupancy of 4 guests at any given time. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.
BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.
