"The room was lovely and the communication from the hotel with regards to the restaurant was good. The restaurant and bar were very nice great area, breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was on arrival they charged me again even though I had prepaid, there was also a separate deposit of €150 which you don’t get credited back for 3-4 days. I paid the bill as I did not have my glasses on me but when I unpacked translated the bill to English I realised what had happened and returned to reception....

"This is a nice little hotel a quick walk to old town which I like because it’s a quieter area. Parking across the street was very convenient and the hotel gives a discounted rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only small issue was that our floor’s hallway had a not to pleasant odor….but it didn’t affect our room so not a huge deal. Elevators are tiny but that seems to be the norm in France. "

"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. "The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. Great customer service. The main building is stunning. We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. They offer a bottle of water and tea in the bedroom which is a nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with L’ Occitane toiletries.
