"This hotel was under a remodel condition for the lobby, but they handled it well. The lower rating from me is due to the parking charge/service. The precheck-in and the internet stating that the charge was somewhere around $53/ day which I was prepared for, but the final charge was $66 and…we used the QR call up for the car with a 10 minute lead time..the car was not there and the attendant wasn't even aware we had sent the request. Please don't overcharge, then not even offer real valet...

The view is amazing from the water we can see SW Seattle including the Ferris Wheel, the islands across from Seattle, and the snowy mountain range in the NW distance. He gave us all the recommendations and good places to eat. Ramon was also very sweet and friendly! Upon check out Don was so helpful with holding our bags for our late flight out!
