"I booked this accommodation because it showed check in availability until 2am. I arrived at 12:30 midnight to find it completely locked up, lights off, nobody home. I tried phoning the numbers advertised on the building and what I could find on google and nobody answered. At 12:30am I then had to book a different hotel. Worse is when Hotels.com spoke to them about it the next day they claimed they were open and someone was there and they wouldn't refund my booking. Dispicable!!! Thank you to...
