"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...
"Very friendly owners. Charming building with clean and inviting rooms. Communal area very well thought out. Great wifi. I recommend the delicious cooked breakfast. Easy access to town center and convenient to drive to from Glasgow. I can recommend any Japanese tourists to come and stay."

"We stayed here as we had a wedding in Troon.
The property was immaculate. We were unaware it was a breakfast at tiffany’s theme but it was an excellent touch and a good discussion point at the wedding. Communication with the rentees was excellent and prompt. The property is situated just off the main street so walking into Prestwick was so easy.
Would highly recommend this property."
