He made life easy with a detailed "instruction manual" that explained everything we needed to know to about the house, from check-in to check-out. "A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The accomodation is a short walk from the quaint lake side town. The town is easily connected via train station to any area in Lake Como. The properties lake and mountain views are gorgeous sipping your favorite beverage on the veranda. Breakfast was a variety of local pastries, yoghurt, juices, coffee/tea… Marco is a fabulous host! I would definitely stay here again :)"

"Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See."

"Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Böden, Badezimmer, Schlafräume alle offensichtlich frisch geputzt. Lediglich die Sitzkissen und Sesselhussen waren etwas fleckig. "Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."
