About 1/4 of the rooms are in an area that smells strongly of sewer, and everyone has to walk through that area to get between your room and the lobby/restaurant. Would be happy with it if it had been advertised as 3-star, but have stayed at 5-star and 4-star places (Thailand rated), and it did not measure up. Views of beach are all from across the road.
