"The posting made it seem as if it is 1 bed and 1 bath, with a sly mention of amenities being shared in a middle paragraph's 4th line. It still doesnt tell you about the number of rooms that it is to be shared amongst. There were 3+ rooms and 1 bathroom and okayish amenities. We got a really small room with a really bad closet. It is just too expensive for what they offer Really bad experience."

"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. Columbus weekend is really fun there Definitely eat at Opa restaurant you will be very pleased. I...

"Location quiet peaceful not too far from town , bathroom upstairs made lots of noise when shower was in use use, also the outdoor seating was super wet due to rainif it was a better quality pitdoor couch it would have dried within few hours but it stayed wet for all 3 days , place clean quaint , it at night , sugdurm"

"The house was perfectly clean and in great condition. A nice amount of space for the 3 of us, all adults. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Gerald was very communicative and helped us make sure everything went well."

"We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. "We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful and fit our needs nicely. We spent most of our time in the upstairs floor & loft but the dehumidifier is a big help in the bottom floor. Having TV’s & ac’s on all 3 floors, we were able to keep it cool during severely hot & humid days. As we do not have our own boat or kayaks, we weren’t able to use the dock which was a bummer. The only complaint I have is that the upstairs dishwasher is not secure. It works, just tips when loading and unloading....
