Shore club experience as far as calmness, relaxation and tranquillity was amazing.. The beach staff was very slow and not attentive. The front desk ladies were not very welcoming, they were very standoffish when we had questions around transportation or room charges they were quite dry not courteous at all..seem bothered.. Johnie at the pool area was the best employee professional, courteous and took care of our every need.. He was our guy.. The resort and property itself was fantastic we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and it was fantastic… We’ve been to Turks 6 times and is by far our island..

I recently stayed at The Shore Club Turks and Caicos that boasted beautiful architecture and top-tier facilities. The hotel’s four pools were pristine, the on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, and the direct access to the beach made it perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights was the availability of swimming equipment like kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear, which added an adventurous touch to the stay. The rooms were spacious, incredibly relaxing, and meticulously clean, with housekeeping attending to them twice a day. The design of the space, both inside and out, felt luxurious and private, making it a serene getaway for anyone looking to escape. However, despite the exceptional facilities, the overall experience was marred by the service. For a five-star property, the staff left much to be desired. The majority seemed disengaged, offering little warmth or enthusiasm, which detracted significantly from the atmosphere of luxury and hospitality. This lack of a welcoming vibe was a notable disappointment, especially given the high expectations associated with a hotel of this caliber. In summary, while the hotel’s installations were breathtaking and the environment felt private and upscale, the service needs considerable improvement to truly match the luxury the property promises.

This property is amazing! We had a fantastic time celebrating my son's first birthday here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially the ladies in the breakfast lounge—they were so friendly and helpful, and my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with them. Staff was so kind enough to have balloons blown up and send over some treats for my sons first birthday. Everyone at the resort was polite and welcoming. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends and family! 10/10 stay!!

Overall it was good experience, property is very nice and well kept. Food on site its controversial. The main restaurant serves decent food other places it’s basically frozen costco items. Front desk staff terrible unfortunately. Everyone else is very friendly. We stayed two weeks and again overall we liked it.
