"The chap on reception was so very helpful and nice. Offered to help with anything we wanted. Hotel was clean, quiet and close to restaurants and the main sights."

"Great location for visiting Pisa tower, city and university. All are within walking distance. Shower is great. Breakfast is okay for the money. The only thing we do not like is that the room key is attached with a heavy metal plate. When we leave the hotel for sightseeing, we have to leave the key to the counter. When we return, we have to collect it from the person on duty. It works like what we saw in the old movies."
