Loved every second of my stay here at Brass Key, they accommodated with my late check in and super communicative about anything I had questions about. The hot buffet breakfast was delicious every morning my girlfriend and I stayed. The pool and hot tub was fabulous! Especially for it being in October. I cannot wait to stay here again next year.

Had a lot of amenities for guest but rooms were small and website said free parking but they don’t offer enough for everyone had to pay $30 dollars to park in a lot

The amenities are the best in town not to mention the amazing downtown location. Ken and Chance are always so nice and helpful in whatever they can do. We love it here and will always come back as it is a must stay!

We loved staying at this property Kavin was very nice and helpful giving us information and he gave tour of the property Which is beautiful It had hot tub swimming pool out door are to sit with fire pit They served snacks and wine in the evening and he even fill the glass of wine for us Our room was very small but it was nice and clean ,bed was squiking as soon as we set on it Bathroom was nicely equipped with everything but it was not balenced properly so when we showered water was filling in the other side was not draining properly That was not a good shower also Isley enogh the didn’t have a door on glass shower instead they had a shower curtain and I got hurt on my foot coming out of the shower Still after all this location is very nice and convenient for shopping walking in the are Best service from the people I would recommend this property

My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary here and we both agree that we wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else for our special moment! The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean with such a comfortable bed. The heated pool and hot tub were so relaxing. All of our favorite restaurants and shops were in walking distance, but there were bikes available that we used to explore Provincetown a bit more. I could talk about this place all day! You’ll be glad you booked with BrassKey!

First off, the location is fantastic. Just one short block to Commerce street. It’s right in the heart of everything and yet still a peaceful location. The rooms are great. It’s multiple small building surrounding a courtyard with pool and hot tub. The breakfast and cocktail hour are both great. Always felt welcome and relaxed at the hotel. Will definitely be staying there again.

The Brass Key is an absolutely gorgeous property, the rooms, the grounds just everything. It is LGBTQ friendly that being said if you are not comfortable this is not the place for you and neither is Provincetown.
