The terrace and pool area is shared with another rental of a studio from the same hosts and the corner area in the shade shown in the photos belongs to the studio. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. "Wonderful stone house with a beautigul garden. You'll find everything you need since house is well equipped. Clean bedclothes and towels. Air conditionnig and wifi working vey well. House and garden gives you shade to rest after a day on the beach. The parking space with a gate on the property. 10-15 minutes walking to the seaside with beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners are extremly friendly and helpful.And Pelion is so beautiful place. This was one of the best holidays ever "

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

"We had the most amazing stay. The view is stunning (probably the best on the island) especially from the wonderful infinity pool. The house is comfortable, clean and spacious. We spent most of our time outdoors and although the road runs below the house it did not distract from our stay. Skopelos is beautiful, a boat trip a must!"

"Such a beautiful stone villa surrounded by lush greenery and perfect gardens one side and the sea the other. You will need a car and a 4x4 as there is a steep hill outside but we never found it a problem. Quiet and peaceful we enjoyed days lounging by the pool listening to the birds reading and days at the local beaches. Perfect place for total relaxation. We have been twice now and will no doubt go back as we loved it so much. "

"The villa was perfect for our 9 night stay. Private and just far enough out of town that it was quiet and peaceful.
