"Very nice,clean and quiet, beds were very comfortable. The only problem was traveling with big luggages since transportation is not accessible and have to walk by the Degollado theater where is a very transit area, but is located very close to places of interest "

"Property itself was nice and hotel staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not so nice and food always took a long time and arrived cold. Although there are many businesses open during the day at night it’s a different story. Many homeless people in the area, would not recommend for families. Police and ambulance sirens are heard all night."

"Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location."
