On Sunday evening everything closed down at 5:30pm, bar, restaurant, even the main building, no lights outside, property gate closed, luckily i had a whats app contact, which allowed me to contact them at 7:30pm, to turn balcony and pool lights on… nice place, but strange managed."

"Accordig to the way I was taken to this property you should only plan coming here if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with off- road tires, dirt motorcycle, horse or donkey. The road in is in terrible condition! It takes about 45 mins. to go about 10 kms. The beach looks to be at the bottom of a small mountain, not sure how you access it. "I would like to explain how unsatisfied I am with this place we got to villa Mohana and the owner informed us at 11pm that there was no rooms available due to overbooking and we were tried to put in a different hotel by the owner and that was not possible , daughter had to find a different hotel for us at 12 am when we could have been peacefully sleeping if it wasn't for this owners irresponsibility her excuse was that she was traveling and didn't check Expedia but that doesn't excuse her of...

"The property is very charming, clean and uniquely designed. The service is great; polite and ready to please. The surrounding beach, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The very unkind Magdalena River unloads metric tons of driftwood and other natural junk on the surrounding area on a daily basis. The hotel staff do their best to clean their section of sand, resulting in piles of garbage on both sides of your beach."
