"Had a lovely stay at AV Suites in one of their Twin Suites, located on the ground level of the hotel, and my room has an amazing view of the main street and the ocean in front and the mountain in the backdrop. "Out of the Blue Resort was a nice place to stay. We had the 3BR Villa and it easily accommodated our family and was very comfortable. The pools were nice and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The only downside was accessibility - the hotel was difficult to access due to construction on the seawall and is a long walk from the main street. There is no street access from the hotel - only

access. This should improve once construction is finished but it was inconvenient during our stay....

"Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the

itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners!"

"Love this place! Small property on Markoe cove. The beach is a coral beach with a seawall. Water is clear and beautiful. Our room was magnificent with old world charm. AC blew cold. Restaurant was great we ate dinner there once and breakfast everyday. It’s only a 5 minute tricycle ride to the nightlife in Sabang beach if that is your thing. If your looking for solitude and beauty this is it. WiFi was intermittent but I was there to unwind. Cellular signal was strong though. Staff was great and attentive. I will be back. If your never been to Mindoro the water is beautiful. I was on a short stay but next time I plan to dive."
