The view was amazing and the people working at the hotel were fantastic. The food was average at best, the rooms were less than adequate, the hallways, paintings, rooms were all poorly kept and no comparison to its competition, the Belmond in the same area

the staffs were really nice. location is perfect, the early access was an amazing experience no one is around just me and the waterfalls. the only reason i’m giving a 4 star is the food. not great but good and very very expensive. also pls lock the doors the monkeys know how to open unlocked doors. my room was trashed
