"I had a good experience at Namu. The hotel looks new and very well maintained. The service is great all over and they do make you feel special. It is probably one of the nicest hotels in Puerto Viejo. Areas to improve: the pool needs more loungers as they get filled up very quickly; also some of the top floor master rooms are noisy, can hear everything the neighbours are doing and they need some work to seal the noise."

"The hotel breakfast buffet and pools are good. However the property is small and sometimes you can smell cows when you are in the jacuzzi. Hot springs are small.
