Beautiful water views from a second floor condo overlooking hole #2 of the championship 18 hole golf course. This condo is in a gated, resort style golf community that includes resort style pool with a tiki bar, pickleball and tennis courts, and gym. Unlimited golf is included for a transfer fee of $100. Brand New Clubhouse expected to open in January 2025.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom open concept, clean, 1 year old condo. The kitchen has quartz countertops and clean white cabinets. This unit comes fully furnished with washer, dryer, dishwasher and all major appliances plus many more necessities for you to walk in, unpack and enjoy yourself. There is a walkout balcony with screened in lanai. Internet WIFI and utilities included. Covered parking for 1 car.
You are located within steps all the Babcock National amenities.
Enjoy the village center every Friday and Saturday for live open air music. Sundays they host a farmers market with many other community events on the calendar. You also have access to all Babcock Ranch community facilities. This includes another resort style pool with cabanas equipped with grills and gas firepits. There are 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts and basketball court.
Other facilities in the town center. Include The Lakehouse Restaurant by the water, Slater’s Provisions, with ice cream and coffee shop close by. Hiking trails are located around the perimeter of town. There is a Publix grocery store and restaurants on the outskirts of town.
There is a mandatory HOA transfer membership fee of $150 to access all amenities. ($250 to include golf)
Babcock National is located in Babcock Ranch which is the first fully solar powered community as seen on 60 Minutes.
