"I can't praise the hotel enough. I was looked after like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They always enquired how I was and went out of their way to help me with any enquiry or transport need and the reception staff and Managers did speak some English to my relief. "Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."
