"I want to thank all the staff, bell boys, front reception, kitchen staff, house keeping and all others, from the bottom of my heart for making our family's four night stay most comfortable and memorable! The access to Prophet Muhammad pbuh's mosque was super close. We were lucky to get the view of Rawda from our room 690, which is not what we had booked, so thank you team! We were humbled by that. Breakfast is great! Bathrooms are getting dated but our room 690 had two rooms and two bathrooms...

"Can walk to the haram. Takes approx. 20 mins. However, construction works may make it longer and more difficult to walk if you have family. The condition of the bathroom is not the best. Underneath the tiles filled up with water, whenever you stepped on them water would come out. This made the bathroom always wet and messy. There is also a shuttle bus that takes residents to the haram before every salah. "
