"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"The apartment is so lovely. It is a very spacious property and in a good location to explore all of Naples. The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. The only slight thing is the road noise - it didn't spoil our holiday but if you are a light sleeper then ut would be an issue. "The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "Overall, this location was amazing. The only potential downside for others is accessibility as the unit is located in the middle of a long staircase. However, this was not an issue for us and ended up adding to the overall experience as the view from the stairs is amazing. "It's a beautiful apartment close to the train station and many places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Has a balcony which was nice. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Especially because our flight was delayed and we came a day late. Would definitely stay again!"

"Overall, this was a nice place. The owners did a great job of welcoming us. The only issue was that the tourist tax was higher than expected but in the end it’s not the owners that set that fee, it’s the socialist Italian government that taxes EVERYTHING to death. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues."

"Very clean and quiet property. Beds were incredibly comfortable.The restaurant and bar was expensive, but well worth it because the meal that I had was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and was top quality. Also, if you are renting a car in Naples you will very quickly realize that parking spots are at a premium and very difficult to find so underground parking offered by this establishment is convenient. However it does cost 20 euros per day. Overall I enjoyed my 4 night stay here and would highly recommend it."
