"Great space, particularly for families with the separate closed bedroom and bunk beds. Well equipped kitchen and safe premises interior. The area is a bit grungy and the parking for the lofts is in a back alley that did not always feel safe. There were some good restaurants and cafes around - it is definitely an area that is "gentrifying". The mattresses were a bit hard and there was not much decor in the lofts, but they were perfectly functional."

It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. "This condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was very well-equipped and within walking distance of Old Quebec (20 min.). Also, it was a few short blocks from St. Jean Street which had all kinds of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. The only thing that did not work for us was parking on the street. So we parked at Place Quebec, about a 10 min. walk away from the condo."

"We were delighted with the loft! Such a beautiful space and right in the center of town (but the town is pretty chill so no problems with noise and sleeping). We came for the city of course, but spent some lovely evenings and mornings just enjoying being in the space. Really a treasure! Julia is an amazing host. Answer questions promptly - so very helpful! "It was a fine 5 days of food, shopping and walking. One glitch was the construction project next door. Also, a strong smell of diesel. The hotel offered another space for us to get away from it. However. for some reason, the crew quit at noon and the smell stopped. Staff was very responsive and came to our room and started the on wall heater/air conditioner to clear the smell. Thanks for the support."
