"Had one of the newer rooms which was nice and always beautifully clean. All the staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. Couple of additions would have been great - particularly proper block out curtains. The sunrise coming in at 4:45am with small children was a bit tough and food delivery to the room as a solo parent would have been really helpful too. "

"Overall a good experience, staff are friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was plentiful and multiple swimming pools was a nice addition. It's a great location to beach and the tram is only a two minute walk away. My only qualm was that the room had mold on the two seats and there was a condom wrapper by the edge of the bed. "

"Had a great family holiday with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Rooms were great and very quiet with comfy beds. Great selection at buffet breakfast and so nice to sit by the aquarium. Kayaking, snorkeling, nature trails and lots of day tours as well as relaxing by the pool. Only fault is the menu for lunch and dinner. It didn’t change, even the specials, and we got bored of the food quite quickly. We also were stung with the fish we caught ourselves - $35/ea to cook it and only 2 of our 4 ate it....

"When we arrived we were shown to an awful room at the back of the hotel, it looked like the safety latch had been smashed off. It had no cooking facilities. We requested an upgrade and paid an extra 50 dollars. We moved into this room which was much better, unpacked then noticed a big hole beside the door… we then moved again, just to next door.
